Police served a fresh arrest warrant Wednesday on four people over the alleged murder and robbery of an 18-year-old girl who was found buried alive in Chiba last month.

The suspects — two 20-year-old men, a 17-year-old boy and an 18-year-old female former classmate of the girl — have already been arrested on suspicion of confining Manae Noguchi of Funabashi, Chiba Prefecture, before she was found dead in a farm field near Narita airport on April 24.

Noguchi is believed to have suffocated to death, according to an autopsy. The two 20-year-olds have been named as Shota Nakano and Yuki Ide, while the names of the 17-year-old boy and 18-year-old female suspect are being withheld because they are minors.
