“Just two years ago, Serbia earned the trust of 81 countries to host one of the world’s most significant international events — Expo 2027. This is an extraordinary opportunity to showcase everything our country has to offer, not only in terms of sports, culture and scientific achievements, but also as one of the fastest-growing economies in Europe,” said Sinisa Mali, Serbia’s first deputy prime minister and minister of finance.

On June 23, at the Osaka Expo, a delegation of Serbian government and business representatives led by Mali will participate in a special investment conference dedicated to exploring opportunities for investing in Serbia.

Expo 2027 Belgrade is scheduled to take place from May 15 to Aug. 15, and more than 120 countries are expected to participate. The 93-day event is projected to attract more than 4 million visitors to the Serbian capital.
