A man cycles through a red light carrying a baby in a harness and is forced to stop suddenly to avoid a car that is going straight through the intersection. The man looks increduously at the traffic lights in front of him and behind him several times, as if to say "I'm sure it was green when I entered the intersection."

Elderly man: It's still red.
