Texas Rangers right-hander Yu Darvish gave up three runs and was tagged with the loss in his first rehab start Monday.

Darvish, who was placed on the disabled list June 13 due to right-shoulder stiffness, allowed two earned runs while walking three and striking out five in a 42-pitch outing in the Double-A Frisco Roughriders' 4-3 defeat to Northwest Arkansas.

"I don't feel pain but I'm still trying to get the feel right again. I'm not 100 percent yet," the 29-year-old said. "I think it's probably better if I pitch one more time here."

Darvish is expected to rejoin the Rangers after the July 7-12 All-Star break.
