Have a break at the world’s first Kit Kat store

by Angela Erika Kubo

Nestle has taken its brand to the next level with the opening of the world’s first Kit Kat shop on Jan. 17. Opening day brought a long line of people hoping to get their hands on Sublime Bitter, Sakura Green Tea and Chili — special Kit Kat creations by renowned Japanese chocolatier Yasumasa Takagi. The couverture chocolate that covers the Sublime Bitter bar is added by hand instead of being sent through a factory conveyor belt, which means that only a limited number are sold each day — so you’d better get in line early.
