U.S. Marine held on suspicion of assaulting restaurant worker in Okinawa
The warrant officer is suspected of pressing his hand against the neck of a restaurant employee and causing abrasions on a Naha street at around 4 a.m. on Monday.
U.S. military police will patrol Naha in the early hours of Nov. 1 to help prevent a recurrence of sexual assault cases involving U.S. personnel, sources said Thursday.
