Inter Milan defender Yuto Nagatomo has made it clear that not only does he want to stay at the Serie A giants, he wants to sign an extension with the Nerazzurri.

"I want to stay at Inter," the Japan international said on Sunday after conducting his soccer school. "They're a fantastic club. They are so loved by the fans. I want to compete for the Serie A title with them."

Nagatomo's contract with Inter expires next summer. The 28-year-old full-back is reportedly drawing interest from West Bromwich Albion in the Premier League and Schalke of the Bundesliga.

Nagatomo has been with Inter since January 2011, when he transferred from Cesena.
