Kawasaki Frontale said Friday they have agreed on a two-year contract extension with manager Yahiro Kazama.

The 53-year old Kazama who took over during the 2012 campaign, will stay on as boss of the J. League first-division club on a deal running from Feb. 1 through Jan. 31, 2017.

With two games of the season remaining, Frontale have 51 points from 15 wins, six draws and 11 defeats and are in sixth place in the table.
