The Japan Wrestling Federation said Sunday that it will organize the three meets in April as scheduled despite the cancellation of numerous sporting events nationwide due to last week's earthquake.

The April 2-3 Junior Queens Cup, the junior national championships from 23-24 and the 29-30 national championships will be held in Tokyo and Yokohama as planned.

Donations for the quake victims will be accepted at the three competitions.

Japan's top wrestlers including two-time defending Olympic champion Saori Yoshida and Kaori Icho will sell autographed T-shirts at the meets to raise money for the victims.
