NAGOYA (Kyodo) Nagoya Grampus general manager Kazumasa Kume said Tuesday that Japan defender Marcus Tulio Tanaka, who is leaving Urawa Reds, has reached an agreement to join the J. League first-division club.
On Tuesday, Kume received a phone call from Tulio’s agent, who said the Brazilian-born 28-year-old had decided to join Nagoya. Details will be hammered out but a provisional contract is expected to be drawn up on Thursday.
