HAMILTON, Scotland (Kyodo) Shunsuke Nakamura scored his fourth goal of the season as Celtic beat 10-man Hamilton Academicals 2-1 on Sunday, but the sheen was taken off the win after the playmaker aggravated a left knee injury.

“One of their players got on top of the injured part of the knee,” said Nakamura, who leveled with a 38th-minute penalty after Richard Offiong had headed the home side into a surprise lead.

“It still hurts,” said Nakamura, adding he will still be joining up with his national teammates in Doha on Monday for Japan’s World Cup qualifier away to Qatar.
