Japanese World Cup striker Naohiro Takahara on Saturday signaled his intention to stay at German club Eintracht Frankfurt after the team ensured top-flight soccer next season with a 2-1 win at Werder Bremen. “I think I will be playing here next season, too,” Takahara said after the match. “I would have been able to choose whether to stay or leave if we had got relegated but we managed to survive.”
