Line Corp., creator of the popular Smartphone messaging app Line, said Friday that it recently uncovered cases of unauthorized access involving user accounts.
Customer email addresses and passwords may have been obtained through services offered by other companies, Line said, without revealing the number of accounts affected.
Line is asking users not to use the same email addresses and passwords for online services offered by multiple companies.
