The Financial Services Agency will issue a business improvement order to the Tokyo Stock Exchange over a system glitch that led to a temporary halt of all derivatives trading on Aug. 7.
The FSA will tell the TSE to take corrective measures and clarify management’s responsibility over the incident, sources said Thursday.
The order is also in response to the temporary partial suspension of spot transactions at the TSE in February, the sources said.
