ANA to double Narita-N.Y. flights

All Nippon Airways Co. said Wednesday it will double the number of its flights between Narita International Airport and New York to 14 a week. The change takes effect Oct. 28.

The move reflects ANA’s strategy of not only increasing flights between Japan and Asia but also expanding services to North America to capitalize on growing demand, it said.

ANA has announced it will begin flights between Narita and Yangon as well as New Delhi in October.
