The Japan Coast Guard said Thursday that two Chinese crew members from a container ship have been arrested over a fatal collision with a Japanese fishing boat off Suzu, Ishikawa Prefecture, on Sunday.
Li Shi, 29, and Wang Qinglin, 22, allegedly crashed their vessel into the Shinyo Maru No. 2, leading to the death of its skipper, Shoichi Shin, 76, and leaving his son Kazuhiro, 50, missing.
