Long-ailing Crown Princess Masako will visit Kobe together with her husband, Crown Prince Naruhito, over the weekend and attend Sunday’s memorial service to mark the 15th anniversary of the Great Hanshin Earthquake, the Imperial Household Agency said Friday.
The 46-year-old Crown Princess, who has been receiving treatment for an adjustment disorder since around 2004, will stay in Kobe from Saturday to Sunday for her first overnight official duties outside Tokyo in two years.
