South Korean budget airline Jeju Air aims to inaugurate a chartered flight service between Seoul’s Gimpo International Airport and Central Japan International Airport near Nagoya in March, sources said Tuesday.
This will be the first time an Asian low-cost carrier has started flights to Centrair, possibly intensifying competition among airlines flying between the airport and South Korea, which has become a favorite destination of Japanese tourists because of the depreciation of the local currency.
