CHIBA (Kyodo) Five passengers aboard an American Airlines jet were injured Monday when it was hit by air turbulence about 70 km southeast of Narita International Airport, officials said.
The injured were taken to a nearby hospital after the airliner from Dallas-Fort Worth landed at Narita. There was no immediate word on the extent of their injuries.
