Toshiba Corp. said Friday its U.S. unit Westinghouse Electric Co. has acquired CS Innovations LLC, a U.S. maker of instrumentation and control systems used in nuclear plants.
The transaction, involving the purchase by Westinghouse of all CS Innovations shares by the end of August, is estimated at billions of yen.
