Fuji Heavy Industries Ltd., the maker of Subaru cars, said nine-month profit fell 28 percent after it sold fewer vehicles in its domestic market.
Net income dropped to ¥17.9 billion, or ¥24.89 a share, in the nine months ended Dec. 31, from ¥24.7 billion, or ¥34.40, a year earlier, the Tokyo-based company said in a statement today.
