NAGOYA (Kyodo) The former president of Globaly Corp. was sentenced Monday to a suspended 10-year prison term for underreporting customer complaints against the company and issuing false earnings statements.

Six other former and current employees of the Nagoya-based commodity futures broker also received suspended prison terms of four to eight months from the Nagoya District Court over their involvement in violations of the Commodity Exchange Law.
