Four children and two adults were found dead Sunday in an apparent family murder-suicide and a murder and attempted suicide, police said.
Officers found office worker Yuichi Koike, 31, dead with stab wounds in a bed at his apartment in Nagoya at around 12:30 p.m. and later the bodies of three people, believed to be those of his 32-year-old wife and their two children, in a station wagon parked in Tajimi, Gifu Prefecture, at around 4:20 p.m.
