YOKOHAMA (Kyodo) Sega Corp. will build a 30 billion yen amusement facility in Yokohama's Minato Mirai 21 district by fiscal 2008, the video-game machine maker and the city said Wednesday.

The nine-story building with one basement will have a total floor space of some 63,000 sq. meters, accommodating cinemas and game arcades among other attractions, they said.

It will be one of the largest amusement facilities in Japan, they said.

Sega said it might relocate the operations of its head office, now in Tokyo's Haneda district, to the new building.

Nissan Motor Co. plans to build its head office building in the Minato Mirai 21 district by 2010.
