Three Japanese won awards at the finals of the 32nd Lausanne Prize contest, the international ballet competition in Geneva for promising dancers.

Moe Nieda and Ryo Izawa, both 15, won the Prix de Lausanne Scholarship, while Gakuro Matsui, 17, won the Prix de Lausanne Apprentice Scholarship, two of what organizers say are among the most important prizes of the contest.
