The government of Ireland is offering a scholarship program to enable a Japanese student to conduct postgraduate studies at a university or similar institute of higher learning in Ireland for the academic year starting in October.
An application form, accompanied by a detailed plan for a program of study or research that the candidate intends to pursue in Ireland, as well as other documents, must be submitted to the Irish Embassy by April 15. Interviews for applicants will take place April 22.
To receive a copy of the application form and for more information, send an addressed, A4-size envelope with a 140 yen stamp to the Embassy of Ireland, Ireland House, 2-10-7, Kojimachi, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo 102-0083.
