Sales of used motor vehicles totaled 434,583 units in February, up 0.6 percent for the second consecutive year-on-year increase, the Japan Automobile Dealers Association said Wednesday.
Despite the sales growth, the market for used vehicles remains tough due to a shortage of products available for sale, an association official said, referring to consumers’ longer ownership of new cars.
