Three men stormed into the office of a supermarket here early Tuesday, robbing the store of 10 million yen, police said.

At 12:50 a.m., the men entered Ichiyama Mart Kugawa Store, which closed at midnight, holding deputy store manager Kuninori Yoshikawa, 40, at knife-point, the police said.

Yoshikawa, who suffered stab wounds to his right leg and back during a scuffle, said the three men were in their 20s, according to investigators. Local police said they are searching for the three on suspicion of armed robbery and inflicting injury.
