The Liberal Democratic Party’s top policymaker proposed on Wednesday a set of measures that comprise a vision for stimulating the economy.

Taro Aso, chairman of the LDP Policy Research Council, put forward the recommendations in a paper titled the “Aso Vision” during a meeting of the LDP’s economic recovery panel.
