The Crown Princess, accompanied by the Crown Prince, visited the Imperial Household Hospital on Tuesday for her fourth checkup since her pregnancy was announced in May.
According to the Imperial Household Agency, Princess Masako last had a checkup on Aug. 20.
The 37-year-old princess, who married the 41-year-old Crown Prince in June 1993, is expected to give birth between late November and early December.
