The Toyama District Court on Wednesday ordered a firm selling prefabricated toilet units in the city of Toyama to stop using a Web site that carries the domain name of Jaccs Co., which is a major nonbank financial lender for consumers.

Judge Kozo Tokunaga said in his ruling that Nihonkai Pakuto is hindering the business activities of the credit firm by using the domain name jaccs.co.jp.
