English ideas sought for next century

The Tsuzuki Integrated Educational Institute is seeking contestants for its "Asia Pacific Cup" English presentation contest to be held at Daiichi University of Economics in Daizaifu, Fukuoka Prefecture, on Aug. 2.

The contest is designed to provide a forum for young Asian students to promote mutual understanding and develop communication among Asian nations for the 21st century, a contest official said. The theme of the presentation is "A Proposal to Asia in the 21st Century." Those interested in participating are requested to submit an application and manuscript by June 15.
