New Year's ceremony to dedicate a carp as an offering to the temple. The head master of Shijo-ryu school of Japanese culinary arts, dressed in traditional attire demonstrates the art of skillfully slicing a large carp on the board, only using a knife and chopsticks, not even touching the fish with his hands.
