The Orix Buffaloes re-signed right-hander Brandon Dickson and infielder Brent Morel and also added three foreign pitchers, the Pacific League team said Tuesday.
Dickson was 9-11 with a 4.36 ERA this past season in his fourth year with Orix, while Morel had eight home runs with 38 RBIs in 94 games in his first season in Japan.
New arrival Phil Coke pitched in 407 games in his nine major league seasons, going 22-27 with a 4.19 ERA, while Matthew West pitched in five big league games from 2014 to 2015.
Gonzalez Germen has 129 MLB games under his belt over the past four seasons with a 4.63 ERA, with all three pitchers chiefly deployed as relievers during their time in the majors.
