Japan's on-loan Arsenal striker Takuma Asano scored his second goal for German second tier team Stuttgart in a 3-1 home win over Nuremburg on Monday.

The 22-year-old speedster, who started in left midfield, broke clear and unselfishly cut back for Simon Terodde to tap home after three minutes, before Terodde got his second in the 33rd minute.

Kevin Moehwald pulled one back for the away side but Asano sealed it on the last play of the game, rolling the ball between the goalkeeper's legs when one-on-one in the 93rd minute.

Asano's compatriot and former Japan international midfielder Hajime Hosogai made his return for Stuttgart with four minutes to go following an injury absence due to a broken toe on his right foot.
