Gamba Osaka have signed former Japan international midfielder Jungo Fujimoto from Yokohama F Marinos, the J. League first-division side said Monday.
The 31-year-old scored three goals in 19 league games for Marinos last year, his second with the club. Fujimoto played six seasons for Shimizu S-Pulse from 2005-2010, before three seasons with Nagoya Grampus. He has scored 51 goals in 278 first-division games.
Fujimoto played 13 times for Japan between 2007 and 2012, scoring once.
