WBA super flyweight champion Liborio Solis had his belt stripped after failing to make weight Monday, ahead of his unification bout against IBF titleholder Daiki Kameda.

Tuesday's fight at Bodymaker Colosseum will be held as scheduled. If Kameda wins, he will own both titles, and if Solis wins, the titles will be vacated.

The Venezuelan was 1.4 kg over the 52.1 kg limit in his first weigh-in. The second time an hour later, Solis was still 1.1 kg too heavy and did not step on the scale a third time inside the two-hour limit from the initial weigh-in.
