Defending champion Lee Bo-mee of South Korea shot a 1-under-par 71 Saturday to move into a tie for the lead with Taiwan's Teresa Lu heading into the final round of the season-ending Japan LPGA Tour Championship.

Lee, winner of this season's Japan LPGA Championship and the Hisako Higuchi Ladies, made four birdies against three birdies at Miyazaki Country Club to reach 4-under 212.

Lu, who posted her first win in Japan at the Mizuno Classic earlier this month, had two birdies in a bogey-free round of 70.
