Al Ahly of Egypt has qualified for next month's Club World Cup after beating Tunisia's Esperance in the African Champions League final 3-2 on aggregate Saturday.

Seven-time champion Al Ahly won Saturday's second leg 2-1 to reach the eight-team Club World Cup. It will play either the yet-to-be-determined J. League champions or New Zealand's Auckland City in its first game in Toyota, Aichi Prefecture, on Dec. 9.

The final is on Dec. 16 in Yokohama.
