GEISEI, Kochi Pref. – Japan-based Australian Chris Campbell set a tournament record with an 8-under-par 64 to charge into the lead after three rounds of the Casio World Open on Saturday. Campbell, playing in his third full year on the JGTO tour with one tournament victory, got off to a flying start to his round with five consecutive birdies and picked up three more shots after the turn to get to 9-under 207. Money leader Toru Taniguchi and overnight leader I.J. Chang of South Korea followed in a tie for second one shot off the pace after shooting 70 and 72, respectively, at Kochi Kuroshio Country Club.
