Transport Leaving Shibuya Station by the Tokyu Plaza Exit, turn left, take the pedestrian overpass and head up the left side of Route 246. Cerulean Tower is the massive skyscraper on the left. Kanetanaka-So is on the second floor. There is another overpass (equipped with an elevator) further up Route 246 right across from the hotel's second-floor entrance.
