Steak-House Katsura, which is in the hotel’s basement, offers guests a relaxed dinner in a calm and sophisticated atmosphere finished in cool granite. The restaurant has 37 seats in total, including a private room.
Chefs cook selected Japanese steak teppanyaki-style (cooked on iron plates) right in front of the guests. The meat selection includes succulent Kobe beef and kuroge-wagyu (black Japanese beef).
Highly recommended is the Kobe beef course, offered for ¥16,000 (including tax, excluding 10 percent service fee) per person.
The course includes excellent teppanyaki Kobe beef along with vegetables, rice, miso soup, dessert and coffee.
There are optional menu items such as fresh fish and shellfish, and a selection of fine wine and Japanese sake to perfectly complement the meals.
