All Nippon Airways Co. on Monday resumed service between Narita airport and Brussels, more than two weeks after its suspension due to deadly terror attacks in the Belgian capital.

ANA said the service was resumed as Brussels international airport — one of two locations hit by bomb attacks in late March — reopened on April 3 after strengthening its security systems.

ANA will run one round-trip flight per day, the same service level it provided before the attacks.

The Tokyo-Brussels service, launched last October, was suspended from March 22 until Sunday, affecting about 4,500 passengers. It is the only nonstop service connecting Japan and Belgium.
