Police in Osaka have served a third arrest warrant on a man suspected of killing two youths in August, this one for allegedly murdering the 12-year-old boy, Ryoto Hoshino.
Koji Yamada, 45, has already been indicted for the slaying of the girl, 13-year-old Natsumi Hirata.
The police have alleged he killed the two, who were friends, in Osaka Prefecture or its vicinity around Aug. 13.
