Police have served a fresh warrant to two men in Niigata Prefecture for allegedly applying a hot chili sauce to the genitals of a teenage boy, local police said.

Construction workers Takeru Yoshizawa, 26, and Jo Yuki, 22, are suspected of applying one of the U.S.-made Death Sauce varieties to the teen's private parts and chest, after forcing him to take off his clothes and tying him to a streetlight in June, the police said.

The two have already been indicted for allegedly beating the boy, it said.

The act is believed to be part of their bullying of the boy, the police said, adding that the three worked at the same construction site.

Last month, the two men also forced the boy to "swallow" and "drink" two goldfish, according to the police.

Death Sauce is touted as one of the world's hottest chili sauces and various types and spinoff products are sold in Japan.
