Prime Minister Shinzo Abe will begin a five-day trip to Belgium, Italy and the Vatican on Tuesday to attend a summit of the Group of Seven industrial nations, Chief Cabinet Secretary Yoshihide Suga said on Monday.
Abe will meet fellow G-7 leaders in Brussels on Wednesday and Thursday to "openly exchange views" on issues including the global economy, Ukraine and energy, Suga said.
