Fuji Electric Co. said Monday it has established a branch office in Yangon.
The company’s move comes as public infrastructure development is accelerating in the Southeast Asian country.
The new office will collect and analyze market trends for electric appliances and investment plans while building ties with local and Japanese corporations operating there.
The office, set up in July, started full-scale operations this month.
