JAL to recruit graduates next April

Kyodo

Japan Airlines Co. will recruit about 230 new graduates for fiscal 2013 from next April, resuming new graduate recruitment for the first time in three years as it recovers from its January 2010 bankruptcy.

More than two years after JAL filed for bankruptcy protection, the airline has completed rehabilitation procedures and is in a position to recruit the minimum necessary number of new graduates.

The recruitment will include around 30 planning officials as well as about 200 cabin attendants who will be hired as contract employees.
