Biople by CosmeKitchen (biople.jp) has locations in Ogikubo, Odawara and Machida, and is known for a line of organic cosmetics. In addition to selling beauty products, the company also imports a growing selection of organic food, including tasty freeze-dried fruit covered in chocolate from Landgarten (¥490, excluding tax), which were released last month.
Flavors include amarena cherries, ginger and two kinds of raspberry: one covered in dark chocolate and another covered in berry-flavored chocolate. They're vegan and gluten-free: a perfect gift for any vegetarians in Japan with a chocolate craving.
