Satori no Sedai, or "Generation Resignation," is a term used to describe those born around the time the economy started to slide two decades ago. Youths in this generation are generally believed to be unambitious, averse to risk and reluctant to engage in relationships. They are also said to have little appetite for luxury goods and are not willing to go the extra mile to achieve goals.
